Absolutely. Each workshop—from our 1-hour intro to full Organization Certification—is customized to reflect your organization’s priorities and staff dynamics. We can integrate real scenarios, discipline-specific tools, and role-based exercises to make the training practical and relevant.

1-Day Workshops: Ideal for 15–25 participants
Certification Trainings: Generally for a cohort

1-Day Workshop: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes breaks and lunch)
2-Day Certification: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day
We can adjust timing slightly to suit your team’s schedule.

For in-person sessions, lunch and coffee breaks are coordinated with your team. For virtual sessions, we build in structured screen breaks and encourage off-camera recharge time.

No prep is required for sessions. For Certification trainings, we send a digital orientation packet in advance to help participants arrive ready to engage.
